*Due to COVID 19 absenses and necessary social distancing measures Royal mail may take an extra few days to deliver your item, please keep this in mind when ordering through our website

Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Delivery = FREE. Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery* = £6.85 (*Please note delivery days are Monday - Friday only, we are unable to deliver on a Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays).

Lost In Post - Things occasionally do get lost. Please leave 14 days before contacting our customer services on 0151 4243343.

Time For Jewellery will always endeavour to dispatch your order on the same day it was placed, subject to your item(s) being in stock and that your order was placed on our system before 3pm (Monday - Friday). Items ordered on a Saturday must be placed on our system by 12 noon for them to be dispatched the same day. 
 
Time For Jewellery cannot guarantee nor be held responsible for the performance of our couriers - Royal Mail where problems are rare.
 

We try our best to meet the delivery timescales quoted but there may be a delay during a sale, promotion or Christmas. There will be no deliveries or collections during bank holidays.

 

Our 14 Day Refund Guarantee

We are confident that you will be delighted with the products you purchase from us but if you do change your mind we offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all online purchases except in the one circumstance listed below*. This cooling-off period begins the day your order is confirmed and ends 14 days from the day after you receive your order. 

*For reasons of hygiene we are unable to accept the return of earrings and other pierced jewellery.

 

How it Works

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched you should phone our helpline at the first opportunity, we can be contacted on 0151 424 3343.  You will be notified by email when your order has been posted to you. If you wish to return goods you have already received, please complete the returns form that comes with your package. A member of our staff will be happy to advise you and guide you through the returns process if required.  Goods must be returned within 14 days from the day after the goods are received/signed for. Goods must be returned in their original condition along with all packaging and paperwork. If returning goods you are under a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them.  All goods must be returned by a secure postal method at your own expense. You should retain proof of postage until we inform you that the returned items have been received safely by us. A full refund will be given excluding any postal charges included in the original purchase price. The refund will be made for the cost of the goods to the same method of payment used to place the order.

 

If we have sent you an Incorrect Order or your Item is Damaged

Should, for some reason, your purchases reach you in a less than perfect condition please contact our helpline immediately on 0151 424 3343 so we can resolve the problem as swiftly as possible. We will offer, if available, an exact replacement or we can advise on a suitable replacement of similar quality and value. If you do not wish the item replaced or exchanged a full refund will be given. In either case we will refund any postal costs incurred by you in returning a faulty or damaged item.
